20th International Conference on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets

The Bioinformatics and Mathematical Modelling Department of the IBPhBME is pleased to invite all interested audiences to the 20th annual International Conference on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets (ICIFS’2016) on 2-3 September 2016. The conference will take place in the Meeting Hall of the Institute in Block 105 in the Academic Campus “4th Kilometer”.

The conference aims to gather specialists interested in intuitionistic fuzziness, decision making under uncertainty, and other related topics, and to give them floor for discussions on both the theoretical and practical aspects of this relatively new area of fuzzy set theory. Since 2013, ICIFS is an EUSFLAT endorsed event.

Foreign researchers from Poland, Slovakia, Mexico, Morocco, India and Turkey will attend the conference and give lectures. Invited keynote lectures will be given by Acad. Janusz Kacprzyk of the Polish Academy of Sciences and Foreign member of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, the recent president of the International Fuzzy Systems Association Prof. Oscar Casstillo from the University of Tijuana, Mexico, as well the conference organizer, Prof. Krassimir Atanassov, Corr. Member of the Academy and Head of the Department.
